Party!

I threw a birthday party for my friend Damien.



This is my friend Damien, I met him when I was twelve. At a carnival. We ran wild terrorizing carnies (in an innocent 12 year old way) and slid down a giant slide in potato sacks. And now we do pretty much the same thing here in Salt Lake...






We had his party outside in the snow. We ate curry out of chinese takeout boxes. drank Martineli's and made toasts. Then we played party games. Each guest had a party bag with treats and supplies to play the party games. We played outside until our feets were frozen, then we went inside and played some more.



And ate cupcakes!

locked my keys in the car

while it was running this morning... it was running.
I turned it on to heat-up(because it was 5 degrees outside)and the door I had left open got pushed closed while I chipped ice off the windows.Mostly I could just laugh and laugh while I waited for AAA.

I was late for work already so i treated myself to some donuts before I drove to work at 20 MPH (incase you aren't here theres a blizzard going off)




Also going off, The Eddie.
Been watching it online all day.
Heres to better I MEAN less snow-filled days




p.s. I don't hate Utah. Sometimes you just think "Why am I in the middle of a blizzard when people are on a beach somewhere else??!?"

Work is fun!

For work we all dressed up and had a potluck!
Thats right, I work for the man 40 hours a week! surprisingly grown up, no?
This isn't my full costume... but i get up too early to really go all out for today. Tomorrow= a different story.

County Fair

Went to the fair and it was so fun!



Saw this prize pig.



And the smallest horse in the world!! I asked the midget that was holding it to set it down in its shoe box so I could take this picture...

We also Boys To Men for free!
Rode the Barf-go -round (you know the anti-gravity thing)
Ate great fair food. My favorite!!
Any opportunity to wear my cowboy boots is a good thing.
