RIP O.Ko.315.doc

Thats right, I spent all day last monday finishing a paper in the library (ten pages) and when I e-mailed it to myself the computer sent the one on the desktop (the un-updated version) and my paper was lost. probably the most depressing thing I can imagine... man. I was real upset. So i decided to throw a funeral (complete with tombstone shaped cake).
Any who I had a partial physiological break down and decided to live the remainder of the week in bliss.
well its a new week and I'm really paying for that decision.
I'll make it through... and if I don't I will have someone else post a post about my funeral. hopefully there will be more cake.

bookshelf make-over

So I have been blog browsing lately, probably because it's midterms, and I stumbled upon some tips to make my bookshelf more ascetically pleasing. Don't leave a lot of space above the things on each shelf, stack some things as opposed to lining everything up, and stuff like that.
Anyways... i tried to apply them.
I didn't add more stuff, i just used what was there... what do you think?

The Easy Jane Saloon

It was my roomate janes birthday and so we had a saloon theme birthday party. Really fun. We had a piano (with player piano music), saloon doors, beer (the root kind), card- playin, and shooting too!

I always have my molskin, a book, and candy in there. The movie ticket is from the movie FOOL'S GOLD... bad movie, dont see it.
Also the cute yellow bag is a camera bag that Jill made for me. There is no camera in it because i'm taking a picture, duh.

About two years my sister Kerry gave me the best christmas present ever! a pacman game that plugs right into my t.v.! it is so rainy right now in Hawaii and we are all putting it to good use...

Tuesday Thursday Time

Me and two of my roomates, Erin Jane and Carrie, don't have any class on tuesday and thursday. So we decided to "Do things". This is in quotes for a reason... Hawaii is great, its so so great, but everybody always does the same thing, they go to the beach. And its so great that no one tries to find anything new to do... Hard life, right?
ya well the grass is greener and all of that jazz
Well so far we have made a few trips into town and this is what we did!



These were at the contemporary art museum in honolulu. and yes those are cowboy boots...
We have tried Indian food.
been shopping (real original)
had beach appreciation day (it was sunny ok)
and even began learning German!! das es gut.
